Our company "Lāses AM" has been operating in the market since 1996. In recent years, it has been employing more and more employees, mainly local people, and currently employs 42 people. The company is a reliable partner for both our farmers, domestic and foreign partners and meat processors. The average daily capacity of the slaughterhouse is up to 150 pigs and 50 cattle. A significant part of the slaughterhouse production (approximately 65%) is being marketed in Europe.
DEVELOPMENT
At the very beginning of its founding it was stipulated that the main duty of the company will be to ensure the extraction of meat for human consumption, thus significantly improving the health and well-being of the population. And we are proud that for all these years it has been a great success for us. Our slaughterhouse has a laboratory in which we detect the presence of Trichinellosis in meat. Slaughterhouse is registered and recognized by the Food and Veterinary Service of the Republic of Latvia. In order to fully ensure the company's operations, auxiliary rooms, personnel rooms and warehouse have been established. The territory to be acquired is fenced and cleaned up. We are certified as an organic slaughterhouse with the certificate Nr.04-260-15 / 16 and the international BRC certificate Nr.L005070.
